Digital Advisor
Wiltshire College & University Centre is looking for a Digital Advisor to join our innovative Learning Resources team. This role is crucial in helping the college achieve its digital-first strategy by supporting staff and students with IT systems, digital resources, and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Digital Advisor - Key Responsibilities:
- Frontline Support: Provide daily support to staff and students in the Learning Resource Centres, assisting with general IT use, Office 365 applications, and resolving basic technical issues.
- Promote Digital by Default: Support staff with digital resources, encourage online production, and manage reprographics requests where necessary.
- Staff Digital Training: Deliver training to help staff develop digital skills and confidence, ensuring they can fully utilise digital tools.
- Reporting and Collaboration: Liaise with Learning Resource Coordinators and report updates to the ICT and Learning Resources Team.
Digital Advisor - You:

- Level 2 (GCSE A-C) qualification or equivalent in English and Maths.
- IT Qualification at minimum level 2 or be willing to work towards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- A team player with great communication skills.
