Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate project tasks and communicate updates to team members and stakeholders.
Maintain organized project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics and milestones.
Help identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and progress reports for stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings and take minutes to ensure follow-up on action items.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
