Summary

Creative Support is a non-profit provider of personalised care and support for people with learning disabilities, complex health needs and autism spectrum conditions. We are looking for a caring, dynamic and highly motivated person to join the team as a Waking Night Support Worker in our Bredon Respite Service in Runcorn.


We are looking for warm, confident and flexible individuals to provide personalised support to service users who have a learning disability, complex needs and challenging behavior at our service in Runcorn. You will be working in a respite service as part of a team ensuring that the service users’ stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. You will have knowledge of working with people who may also have complex healthcare requirements.

Experience of working with people with a learning disability is desirable, as is an equivalent professional qualification. The position is open to graduates, experienced practitioners and people looking to start their career in social care.
