Summary
Asbestos Analyst/Consultant, North East, £32-40k + Company Vehicle, Health Insurance, Bonus Scheme & Pension
My client is an established and successful Consultancy who due to sustained business growth is now seeking an additional P403/404 Qualified Asbestos Analyst to join their growing team.
The successful person will need to be responsible for carrying out ‘Management’ and ‘Refurbishment & Demolition’ surveys on Commercial and Domestic Properties, including Public Sector.
Other Duties/responsibilities:
*Liaising on a daily basis with clients, contractors and their representatives as well as members of the public.
*Carrying out a range of air testing from leak tests to 4 stage clearance/issue of reoccupation.
*Conducting bulk sampling within the region.
*Other duties as requested by the Regional Manager to help and support the office growth.
Requirements
*You must have held a similar position and be P403 and 404 qualified
*Full Driving license
*DBS cleared
*Presently Living in the UK
*Sponsorship is not available so you will need full leave to remain
