Summary
Under the direction of the ED consultants, the trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) in the Emergency Department will provide expert assessment, treatment, and management of a case load, using complex communication skills, judgment, discretion, and decision making. The trainee ACP will monitor and improve standards of care, supervising, teaching, and supporting colleagues providing skilled professional leadership. The trainee ACP will be required to adhere to all aspects of the ACP governance standards and framework.
