Summary
Plumber needed in Yarm, £11.44ph PAYE - Reference: 412488
Mon to Thurs 0745 to 1645, Fri, Sat, Sun - 0745 to 1545
This position is 39hrs per week to include working 1 weekend in 3 as part of a rotating shift pattern
Routine and non-routine maintenance
Fault finding
Identification of life expired equipment
Check, repair and make good faults and life expired equipment
Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment
Mains water supply repairs
Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements
Minimise wastage and continually improve processes
Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
