Summary

  • Title: Static Plumber (Mechanical and Multi-Skilled)
  • Position: Static Plumber (Mechanical and Multi-Skilled)
  • Location: North East UK
  • Salary: upto £37,000 per annum
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • On-call: 1 in 4 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform reactive maintenance on plumbing, mechanical systems, HVAC units, and building fabric.
  • Carry out PPM tasks according to the maintenance schedule, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing systems, mechanical equipment, and HVAC units.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.
  • Coordinate with other maintenance team members and departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Participate in an on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks) to provide emergency maintenance support, with a standby pay
