Summary
Job Title: People Data Analyst
Hours: 35 per week
Location: Working from home
Salary: £30,000
Interviews will be held w/c 30th September.
Key Purpose of the role:
As a People Data Analyst you thrive on telling a story with data, especially data that explains what the employee experience looks like.
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
- Experience and knowledge with Power BI or Business Objects and Excel, with great attention to detail and experience of building and maintaining reporting and analytics
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in BI Reporting (Desirable)
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Demonstrates credibility and professionalism, accustomed to handling large sets of confidential and sensitive information and deliver with discretion.
- Experience of building and maintaining reports and analytics.
- Proven ability to balance responsibilities and ensure effective delivery of priorities.
- Self-motivated with the initiative to drive continuous improvement
- Numeric with advanced planning and organising skills, able to coordinate multiple and sometimes competing deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and ownership, whilst also able to work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders.
- Comfortable working remotely with remote based colleagues
- Undertake any other reasonable tasks as directed
