Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and circumstances.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client assessments.
Provide emotional support and counseling to clients and their families.
Coordinate services and resources to assist clients in accessing necessary support.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations for client referrals.
Monitor clients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Advocate for clients' rights and needs in various settings.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Current licensure as a social worker in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical social work or related field.
Strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment options.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Proficient in case management and crisis intervention techniques.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
