Our client, based in central London, specializes in providing comprehensive legal services with a strong focus on litigation, dispute resolution, and client advocacy.

Role Overview:
As a Litigation Solicitor with our client, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters. You will provide expert legal advice, represent clients in court proceedings, and negotiate settlements. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients and fellow legal professionals, to achieve positive outcomes and uphold the firm's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
● Cases may vary from debt recovery, breach of contract disputes, landlord and tenant eviction, civil disputes, parking/travel fines, driving offences, business disputes, commercial litigation, and any other court litigation.
● You may be required to draft legal documents, file claims with the courts, represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations, and make sure the client is kept up-to-date and is satisfied.
● Complying client files with the firm's policies and ensuring they adhere to regulatory standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
● Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
● Strong litigation skills with a track record of handling complex cases.
● Excellent legal research, drafting, and advocacy abilities.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Adherence to professional ethics and legal standards.
