Title: Temporary Administrator - Market Rent

Pay Rate: £12.43 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours

Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3 months

City: THATCHAM

The first few weeks training will be in the office, then able to offer hybrid working 3 days a home/ 2 days in the office.

Deliver an efficient and exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. Provide a comprehensive ‘first point’ of customer contact service for market rent customers by dealing with inbound and outbound communication. Provide excellent day-to-day operational administration duties that support colleagues within the team to deliver key market rent services.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering the phones, making appointments, answering emails, using customer systems, reporting repairs, general admin
Provide a first point of contact within the market rent team for customer enquiries by both email and telephone ensuring that responses are actioned and recorded promptly and accurately.
Provide a proactive administrative support service meeting standards and targets to ensure the delivery of the best possible level of satisfaction for both internal and external customers.
Create and maintain accurate and up to date electronic and paper general files including key customer information, deposits and credit referring documentation in a consistent manner minimising duplication
Diary management for the market rent team ensuring appointments are organised efficiently to make best use of available time and resources.
Ensure the market rent team have necessary resources to operate efficiently and the office environment in which they work is presented in a professional manner, filing paperwork promptly to ensure a tidy working environment is maintained.
Work with moderate supervision/guidance whilst being accountable for Individual results, accuracy and the impact these may have on the market rent team
Ensure all complaints are dealt with promptly, in line with policy and procedure, and any identified improvement points are fed back to market rent manager.
Maintain confidentiality at all times in relation to business sensitive and Personal information acquired through work.

Experience:

Potential experience: Admin, call centre, housing property management (although not crucial)
Experience of a customer focused environment
