Summary
Happiness can be found in Health & Social Care!As a Health & Social Care Placement Officer, you will work with the Curriculum team and liaise with the Employability team to source and monitor work placements across the Health & Social Care provision (T-Lveel and BTEC). You will coordinate visits to work placements before and during placements and collate feedback and issues that arise. You will ensure health and safety regulations are met to make the placement safe for the learner undertaking the placement, and be a main point of contact for employers. You will undertake record-keeping of what placements students are doing and completed experiences. To apply for this role, you will need excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft, a full driving licence (with or willing to have business cover) (mileage will be claimed through expenses), understanding of the different qualifications in Health & Social Care, experience in a Business Support role and strong ability to create and maintain positive relationships between learners and employers.
