We are looking for a candidate who can:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Required Work Experience:
-At least 2 years of sales experience in Diamond Jewellery industry.
Skills:
- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with local customer base
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or pricing
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
