Summary

It’s an exciting time to be joining the cruise industry with our beautiful fleet in service sailing around the world with our guests. We are now strengthening our Finance team in our Ipswich Head Offices with two new Graduate/Trainee Finance Assistant roles.
As a Graduate/Trainee Finance Assistant, you will have the fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a team of supportive individuals who are professionals and have a passion for the industry. This position is a unique and exciting opportunity allowing you to kick start your career in Finance within the travel industry. This is a varied role offering exposure to training in all areas of the Finance function, completing a variety of tasks to ensure timely completion of financial reporting requirements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
We are keen to hear from enthusiastic individuals who are motivated to build and grow a career in Finance, who have completed their studies and gained a Finance related qualification and are now keen to progress into a working role in the industry to build experience. This position would be suitable for recent Graduates, Sixth form/College leavers or individuals coming from a Finance related Apprenticeship background.
To be successful in the position it is essential to have strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to confidently build strong working relationships with all levels of staff across all departments as well as with external stakeholders.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) This position will be based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) offering a hybrid work pattern.
