Summary
We are excited to announce that we have secured a 3–10-year contract with Birmingham Council, working on their Kitchen and Bathroom Scheme. As a result, we are looking to appoint skilled and reliable Plasterers to join our team on a self-employed basis.
Job Details:
• Location: Birmingham, working across various properties within the council’s Kitchen and Bathroom Scheme
• Contract Duration: 3 to 10 years (with potential for further opportunities)
• Position: Self-Employed Plasterer
• Start Date: Immediate start available
• Competitive Rates
Key Responsibilities:
• Completing high-quality plastering work across kitchens and bathrooms in council-owned properties.
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within time frames.
• Working alongside other trades and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a plasterer.
• Own tools and transport.
• Valid CSCS card
• Public liability insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
