Summary

We’re looking for a skilled property data analyst to bring support and technical expertise to our team. In this vital role, you will ensure the most effective use of data to drive performance, support decision-making, and provide business assurance.

You will support in the implementation of new data system modules to align with our business requirements, while maintaining accurate data across our home investment and asset compliance functions to support strategic decisions on property disposal, investment, and regeneration. You'll assist in creating planned investment programs, manage property energy data, and support the property data manager in overseeing data system projects.

Additionally, you will provide business assurance across the asset data structure, oversee asset and compliance information, maintaining data accuracy and recommending best practices.

We have two roles available, available as fixed term contracts until 31 March 2025. You can be based from any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton with regular home working available. A basic DBS check is required.

What we’re looking for:

  • In-depth knowledge of data management systems and experience in delivering asset-based business support services
  • Extensive experience with system management, reporting and the implementation of integrated data systems
  • A flexible working attitude, coupled with demonstrated reliability and strong technical knowledge, particularly in excel
