Salary: £39,500 - £45,500 London based or £35,100 - £41,100 Regionally based

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager that specialises in delivering active Fire Safety services to join our Fire and Building Safety team in Property Services. This role works under the guidance of the Passive and Active Fire Safety Manager.

The Contract coordinators report to the Contract Manager and therefore we are looking for a keen people manager and seeking someone who is skilled in managing a team to ensure all aspects of contractor management are delivered timely, efficiently and effectively.

The main duties will be to ensure active Fire safety measures on our buildings are maintained and operational, this will involve working with many different teams and departments. Stakeholder management and clear communication skills are essential to successful in this position.

Candidates will have an excellent understanding of contract management. As well as proven experience of managing various forms of contracts such as TPC and JCT.

You will be focused on KPIs and delivery to SLA and strong ability to work to timeframes. You will be knowledgeable on budgets and SOR.

Candidates will ideally have worked within social housing, local authority or similar and have a good understanding and experience with Fire Safety. You will have ability to understand effective Risk Management and the ability to produce and manage detailed information.



We are looking for someone who has good administrative skills and can confidently use MS packages.
