Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business & Immigration Sales. You will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our company. Must have sales experience and understand how KPI works.

You must have 1 year of experience in working on immigration and visa services.

As our Business Immigration Sales role you will be responsible for the management of our new clients. This is a business lead role, so you must enjoy being on sales. You must continuously ensure connection, provide strategic advisory, and drive growth.

Serve as primary liaison between the client and our Lawyers on all legal matters and conduct the management.

The role is UK time only. 8:30am to 6:00pm.
Monday to Friday.

What you will do

You must be a person who can take initiative, works under pressure, can converse in English, and write comprehensive emails.

Primary role is you will be tasked to call and discuss on new enquiries made to us. You will manage and work with our new client's.
Lead generation through client management is essential.
Tasks may also involve content writing and published on various channels.
Accountable for leading workstreams related to global visa processes and ensure regulatory requirements, business needs, and operational goals are achieved, and driving transparency and consistency where possible across business-specific programs.
Generate insights and recommendations to enable strategic business decisions that align with business and talent priorities and goals for the global programs through dashboards and other KPIs, including opportunities for cost savings, process efficiency, and enhanced employee experiences
Accountable for ensuring that documentation (SOPs, knowledge articles, process maps, etc.) for the visa programs are developed and maintained.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and global immigration knowledge gained through at least 1 year of related experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
Strong experience leading teams and a virtual workforce across the UK and India.
Experience managing complex global immigration programs, including strategic projects.
Ability to leverage and analyze data to glean insights and create recommendations on workforce planning and programmatic KPIs.
Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills needed to counsel and work effectively with Lawyers and clients.
Advanced competency in core professional skills, especially attention to detail, responsiveness, follow-through, flexibility, initiative, and tact
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with large teams
Ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive situations while managing confidential information appropriately and professionally
Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
Strong conflict resolution skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence others
Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
