A well-established construction company is seeking a dedicated and responsible Traffic Marshal to join their team in Camden. This role is essential to ensuring the safe and efficient movement of traffic around a busy construction site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely direct and manage the movement of vehicles on and off the site.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure that materials are safely unloaded in designated areas.
- Communicate clearly with pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers to maintain site safety.
- Enforce site safety regulations and monitor traffic flow to minimize disruptions.
- Assist the site team in ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed.
Requirements:
- Valid Traffic Marshal or Banksman certification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
