Qualifications
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above
- Proven experience in a similar role within a nursery setting
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- A passion for working with young children and creating enriching learning experiences

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of nursery practitioners to ensure the effective delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Plan, implement, and evaluate a wide range of stimulating and age-appropriate activities to support children's development
- Build strong partnerships with parents and families, providing regular updates on their child's progress and development
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, conducting risk assessments and adhering to health and safety regulations
- Support and mentor staff members, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the nursery
