As the Removals Sales Surveyor, your pivotal role within the company is essential for its success, involving the effective management of sales activities and contributing to branch operations.
Your responsibilities encompass evaluating customer needs, delivering precise quotations, closing sales deals, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key duties of the Removals Sales Surveyor include:
- Conducting client visits and offering accurate quotations for domestic moves.
- Cultivating and sustaining robust customer relationships, comprehending and addressing their requirements throughout the entire relocation process.
- Conducting video surveys for assessments.
- Following up on all sales estimates.
- Collaborating with the operations team to plan and coordinate removal projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Working closely with move consultants to provide comprehensive information about the moves.
- Representing the company in a professional manner, upholding its reputation for excellence in customer service.
- We are seeking individuals with experience in the Removals industry and a current or past background in a Surveying position.
The ideal Removals Sales Surveyor will possess robust sales and negotiation skills, demonstrating a history of meeting and surpassing targets.
Experience required for this role:
1. Prior experience with domestic moves.
2. Sales and estimating expertise.
3. Profound knowledge of removal procedures, packing techniques, and moving regulations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. The ability to build rapport and foster long-term customer relationships.
6. BAR qualifications would be advantageous.
7. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for on-site surveys and client meetings.
