About the Team:

The role involves managing reactive repairs within a geographical area within the borough. The Team manages a range of works from emergency repairs, routine repairs, through to planned works. We work in collaboration with various teams within the council as well as a number of external stakeholders to provide a comprehensive repairs service.

About the Role:

You must have experience in a similar role in a local authority within the repairs environment of at least five years. You should have good knowledge of structures, high- rise buildings, low rise domestic buildings and experience in diagnosing defects and applying remedies and Party Wall Etc. Act 1996.

To be considered for interview, your CV and supporting statement will clearly evidence:

Relevant experience, sound repairs knowledge and at least one relevant qualification in this field would be beneficial.
