Summary

Business Development Administrator

Hull

Salary: £23,934 FTE per annum

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

As our Business Development Administrator, you will provide administrative support to all functions within the Employer Engagement teams

The post holder will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of student and employer engagement activities on a range of college programmes and provision including but not limited to apprenticeships, CDF/T Level industry placements, study programme work experience, HE works placements and adult programmes where necessary.

Responsibilities of our Business Development Administrator:


Deliver outstanding customer service to all stakeholders and act as the initial point of contact for the service.
Support the function to achieve apprenticeship recruitment and work placement targets as well as other KPIs as agreed with the Head of Employer Engagement in line with the colleges strategic plan.
Manage and respond to incoming communications through a range of mediums ensuring efficient student and employer responsive services.
To be responsible for the processing of a range of documents including but not limited to student enrolments, employer agreements, apprenticeship policy forms and relevant contracts.
Collect, process and input information into the colleges CRM and database systems ensuring accuracy and security of data.
Support employers with information and guidance around the use of the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) to ensure robust compliancy and timely income into the college is received.
Ensure all aspects of the onboarding journey for students and employers are fulfilled and accurate records are kept.
Prepare reports on data as requested by the Head of Business Development.
Ensure continuous up-to-date knowledge of compliancy and funding guidance as it relates to the processing of contractual paperwork.


What we’re looking for in our Business Development Administrator:


Relevant professional/vocational qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service
Level 2 in Maths and English
Experience within an administrative role
Knowledge of apprenticeships and further education routes
Oral and written communication skills
Experience and regular use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel
