Summary
This is a role which provides a rare and exciting opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team working in one of the country’s finest and most accessible protected landscapes. As a member of the Mend the Gap team, you will have the opportunity to deploy your skills, knowledge, and insight to guide and provide effective project management support to the Mend the Gap Programme.
We are seeking a strong team player, with excellent communication skills, who can pick up this administrative role quickly and work positively with our grant recipients to support them as they deliver their projects.
The right person will not only have a passion for nature and the outdoors but an understanding and prior experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders in this context.
Priorities will include enabling the Mend the Gap Programme to enhance the areas of the Chilterns and North Wessex Downs National Landscapes, which have been negatively impacted by the electrification of the Great Western Railway mainline.
