Title: Photocopying & Post Assistant
Location: Cardiff
Hours: Day shift, 37.5 hours per week (1 hours unpaid lunch)

Our client in the Cardiff area is looking for a Photocopying & Post Assistant with a willingness to learn to join their team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of print and finishing equipment as well as having had experience of handling post, excellent PC skills and a flexible approach to their work.
Candidate Responsibilities:
• To provide a full print service using multiple MFD’s / print finishing equipment.
• Use all finishing equipment e.g. binders, guillotine, laminator, wiro, comb & hand folding.
• Log incoming post, scanning to the dedicated inbox ready for the client to pick up.
• Arrange couriers for collection of outgoing letters and parcels.
• Work with all large format printing.
• Ensure deadlines are met and a high quality copying service is provided.
• Monitor and re-stock supplies as required.
• Ensure print room is tidy and safe to work in.
Candidate Requirements:
• Some experience in digital print, handling post and scanning is necessary, but full training will be provided on site
• A willingness to learn is vital in this environment
• Strong PC skills: MS Word, Excel and Adobe experience is essential
• Confident in their abilities
• Flexible approach to work, working extra hours if required
• Available for the foreseeable future – this role has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate
