Summary

Job Title: Outbound Customer Service
Duration: Temporary, approximately 8 weeks
Pay: £12-14 per hour depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12pm - 8pm
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Glasgow City Centre for training then remote

One of our clients is seeking multiple temporary Customer Service Advisors to assist with a short-term project. As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to third parties collaborating with the company, confirming customer details, and manually updating them in a new system. This role will involve a high volume of outbound calls, averaging around 100 or more calls per day.

What you need to apply:
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume phone-based role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proficiency in IT and typing
- Confidence in making outbound calls
