Summary


We are looking to recruit an outstanding and highly committed full-time permanent member of staff to join our busy and buoyant team and be able to use their own initiative. This is a fast-paced department requiring a proactive individual. The job will entail working with other Senior Pension Administrators with a wide range of pension administration. Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential. You will also need to be flexible, have an appreciation of the confidential nature of the work and be able to manage a workload to meet pre-determined targets.

Attention to detail is essential as is providing excellent customer service, first time every time. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels are a must.


Ideally you will have a payroll qualification e.g. CIPP Pension Administration Certificate or an equivalent qualification/significant experience of working in a pensions department. Whilst not essential it would be ideal if you have knowledge of NHS pension/payroll procedures and practices and a working knowledge of ESR.
