- SEN Support: Work closely with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting to their unique requirements and contributing to their educational progress.
- Classroom Assistance: Assist in the delivery of lessons, manage classroom behaviour, and support small group activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborative Work: Work effectively with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other staff members to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Experience: Previous experience working with children, particularly in an educational or SEN setting, is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong communication, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Commitment: A reliable and dependable individual who can commit to full-time work and meet the ongoing needs of multiple schools.
- Qualifications: A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential. We welcome applicants with a passion for education and a willingness to learn.
- DBS Check: Must hold or be willing to obtain a DBS check on the update service.
