An opportunity has arisen within our Finance Department for a full time Purchase Ledger Specialist.


Main duties will include:


Maintaining an effective Purchase Ledger system, in line with established financial policies procedures
Manual processing of transactions and direct uploading of batches of invoices onto the Ledger
Responsible for the regular processing of Payment runs via BACS
Maintenance of Bank Mandate records and managing debit card applications in connection to the Association’s bank accounts
Assisting the Manager Financial Control with the preparation of monthly accruals and deferrals schedules (re Purchase Ledger)
Filing and archiving of a range of financial records
