Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a care management or leadership role within the health and social care sector.
Strong business acumen with the ability to grow and develop services.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
A compassionate, client-focused approach, with a deep understanding of person-centred care.
Registered Manager's qualification or willingness to work towards it.
A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
