Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with complex care needs? We're seeking a dedicated Regional Supported Living Manager to lead and oversee multiple supported living settings across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and the West Midlands.
Your New Provider:
Specialises in tailored care and support delivery to adults with diverse needs. This includes 2:1 and 3:1 support packages on a 24-hour basis.They believe in empowering individuals to live fulfilling lives within their own homes while maintaining their independence.
Role Overview:
As the Regional Supported Living Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality of care.
Your responsibilities will include:
" Leadership and Oversight: You'll manage a team of dedicated service managers, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of care across all settings.
" Complex Care Expertise: With a strong understanding of complex learning, physical, and mental health needs, you'll guide and support your team in providing exceptional care.
" Regulatory Compliance: As the CQC registered manager, you'll ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, including "personal care" provision.
" Collaboration: You'll work closely with local authorities, health professionals, and families to create a supportive environment for our service users.
Requirements:
" Experience: You should have a proven track record within management of supported living settings, as well as extensive understanding and hands-on experience across complex care and support.
" Passion: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable individuals.
" Location: Based in the West Midlands, you'll travel across Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and surrounding areas.
