We are currently looking for up to 3 Business Support Officers to join our team on a fixed-term basis up to 31 March 2026

Position Details

Our Business Support Officers promote services, engage new partners, strengthen community connections, and create new referral pathways for key target groups across Glasgow. Working alongside colleagues and partners, you will ensure all customers are provided with tailored support to remove barriers and achieve sustainable employment.

In recognition of the many specialist providers across the voluntary and third sector in Glasgow, and in belief that a collaborative approach involving the key strengths of the organisations within each can create genuine opportunities to break the cycle of unemployment, to help our customers progress to long-term financial stability and career progression, we are introducing our No-One Left Behind service provision which these roles will support.

If successful, you will be part of the team of Business Support Officers hosted by a range of service providers, being based within a partner organisation in a community setting to engage with new customers and community partners to deliver highly professional customer support services. You will be front and centre to our customers’ experience and will support them throughout their journey to ensure our services continue to meet their needs.

The annual salary for the posts start at £23,630.81 per annum, progressing to £27,398.49 on an incremental scale. This is based on a 35-hour working week, working Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm; and Friday, 9am – 4pm. Though we welcome discussions on flexible working as part of the recruitment process.
