The Key Lobby is a vital role to provide support within the Mail Centre and strengthen the unit performance.

In order for us to run an efficient operation the successful applicant would be expected to:

- Check signing on sheets
- Sign in vehicles
- Communicate on daily issues, for example traffic conditions, weather, RTCs


Tasks also include:

- Admin duties such as answering the phone/radio
- Dealing with customers
- Maintaining duty packs
- Recording agency driver duties
- Completing yard checks.


A bit about you


- Organised, independent and self-motivated
- Happy in a fast-paced changing environment
- Have a strong sense of community and want to take pride in what you do
- Computer literate with good numeracy and literacy skills
- Looking for a role with targets to hit and challenges to overcome
- Ideally have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
