Summary
Your new role
Reporting directly into the Head of Talent Development, you will support the development of staff from induction thought to management development. Working closely with internal departments to assess training needs and development needs and then deliver the training programmes.You will develop and deliver in person and online training courses and have good knowledge of online communication tools (such as Teams).Responsibilities will include:Programme development, Facilitation of programmes, Training Coordination, Record keeping, Support & Mentoring as wells as Resource Management and Record Keeping.You will demonstrate a high-level learning development skills and have experience of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment and able to deliver high-quality outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in a learning and development role and able to deliver online and classroom trainingBe CIPD qualified or have a recognisable L&D qualification
