This role involves strategic leadership and management to ensure the operations team responds to the Learning and Development needs of The Salvation Army with a coordinated and integrated approach.The successful candidate will engage fully in the life and worship of William Booth College and participate in developing the college culture.This role has an occupational requirement that the successful candidate must be an active, committed and practising Christian and will be in sympathy with the doctrines of, and supportive of, the purposes and the aims and objectives of The Salvation Army.
