Summary


Applications are invited for the role of Programme Manager within the Unified Communications Department. We are looking for a Programme Manager with a technical confidence to work across a wide range of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering a wide range of projects that implement change, improve processes as well as managing highly technical programmes.

The team has a high focus on culture; collaboration, transparency and an openness to feedback are essential. The role sits within a small project and programme team of 6, with projects that span the entire campus and impact critical systems regularly.

A successful candidate will be organised with good experience coaching and leading a service.

The role holder will lead large scale programmes that include critical services within the Trust such as CCTV or delivering Trust wide solutions such as directories pulling from multiple sources. Clear communication, organisation and attention to detail will be essential within this post.

The team sits within Unified Communications so the portfolio comprises of Infrastructure projects, IT projects and Operational implementations. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across all areas and able to support new project managers in their development journey.

The post includes line management responsibilities so a proven background in developing individuals and understanding of leadership is essential.
