Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our HR Team as a HR Assistant. The position is based on site in Birchington and will support the day-to-day delivery of human resource services to the business.

Responsibilities include:
To support all aspects of the recruitment process, including arranging and attending interviews and supporting managers through selection.
To support with the adherence of the absence management process, ensuring all paperwork is returned promptly and follow up meetings are arranged.
Maintaining employee records.
Covering Switchboard and Reception during periods of absence.
Undertaking other various ad hoc HR related projects and activities as and when required.

You’ll be key in supporting the wider HR Team with various employee processes from recruitment and onboarding to absence management, and from maintaining employee records to attending local recruitment events.

No previous experience is necessary as full training will be given, but a passion for HR and a people orientated mindset are essential.
