Summary

We have an amazing opportunity for a Returns Administrator to join Team OB in our Warehouse.

This role will be 35 hours per week, and the shift pattern will be 6:45am-2:45pm, Monday to Friday.

As a Returns Administrator at OB you will report to and support Returns Team Leaders. You will also work closely with the Customer Service, Stock Control and Web Fulfilment teams as well as other departments, providing an efficient administrative support.

You will be responsible for meeting deadlines using the business admin systems (Magento, Metapack and PVX) to ensure that all customer returns are managed within the agreed SLA’s.

Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo.

An OB Returns Administrator will:

  • Deal with the “Return to client” parcels from couriers. Liaise with Customer Service to ensure a swift resolution either with the customer or by putting the item back to stock.
  • Work with the put away team to ensure all exceptions are investigated and resolved.
  • Investigate and clear the daily Q199, Q9 and Q8 sub locations.
  • Return PR loans back to stock and spreadsheet updated.
  • Deal with any Q8 exceptions that the exceptions person may not be able to deal with.
  • Check Teams channels throughout the day and reply to any questions or queries from the stores or customer service.
  • Support the Returns area in all aspects of returns when required.
  • Keep Customer Service team updated on any admin activities throughout the day as and when required.
  • Develop your own self awareness and understanding on diversity and inclusivity.
