- Enhance our Apprenticeship programs, focusing on entry-level roles and partnerships with Training Providers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
As the Service operates as a programme / project, tasks will include, but are not limited to:
· Giving professional career coaching advice on a daily basis and communicating effectively to ensure engagement.
· Co-ordinating and supporting of meetings for the Career Pathways Service.
· Ensuring performance against work programmes can be tracked.
· Tracking of project / task activity to ensure activity is undertaken as planned, and progress is identified and highlighted if at risk.
· Supporting the delivery of projects to agreed business requirements.
· Taking responsibility for creating and motivating teams or stakeholders as appropriate.
· Working with stakeholders to ensure projects meet initiation requirements and ensuring project benefits are realised.
· Ensuring effective project communications in a timely and accurate manner.
· Take accountability and ownership of project deliverables and day to day management of project issues within area of responsibility.
· Identifying risk areas and escalate as required.
· Understanding and maintain a sound awareness of the health agenda nationally, and the Greater Manchester agenda and this impact this has on the NHS workforce.
· Delivering Training and workshops.
· Supporting implementation and adherence to the business plan, policies, and procedures
Communication Skills
· Ensuring accurate, clear, and open communication and co-ordination with a range of stakeholders, which will include researching and drafting correspondence, papers and reports.
· Analysing and presenting data across a variety of tasks / outputs using differing methods.
· Maintaining and fostering effective communication within the team and across the Learning and Education function. Implementing local policies and proposing changes when required.
· Maintaining and fostering effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, actively encouraging collaborative working.
· Contributing to the development and delivery of the Service’s communication strategy through highly developed communication skills that gain co-operation and build relationships with stakeholders.
Organisational Skills
· Proactively seek opportunities for the integration and flow of the Service’s activities within the wider organisation, so that intelligence and learning is shared across the team and key stakeholders.
· Effectively manage own workload alongside several activities simultaneously, each at varying stages of completion.
· Liaising with other professionals and agencies to organise Service requirements, responding flexiblytoany changes in requirements effectively and efficiently, therefore having strong and effective time management skills.
· Acting as a central point for work planning / scheduling, whilst ensuring any activity is co-ordinated and has clear ownership from within / across the Service.
· Actively participate in business planning on an annual basis, including a review of what aspects of the role are being done well and identification of any areas for development.
Project Delivery
· Ensuring adherence to internal governance processes to ensure accurate data and consistent interpretation. There will also be a requirement to align this with information governance policies and data protection legislation, including the reporting of any breaches.
· Responsibility for organising key project meetings, engagement, and workshop sessions, booking venues, sending invites, taking minutes etc. related to projects of work being undertaken.
· Analysing and interpreting data and accurately record outcomes of evaluations / reviews using set processes / proformas. Use bespoke databases to accurately record activity / data as appropriate and within agreedtimeframes. Then use the product of this analysis to aid service development and make associated changes or amendments to practices.
· Supporting project activity within the wider Learning and Education Department as required.
· Co-ordinating and supporting auditing of projects and initiatives. Carry out any audits associated with own area of work as required.
· Contributing to ensuring there are processes in place for sharing learning and outcomes.
· Maintaining, reviewing and developing information management systems, contributing to the development of an integrated approach to project management and tracking of delivery taking responsibility for project file management using robust version control.
· Co-ordinating the scheduling of reviews across the Service, working closely with the Service Manager to ensure effective co-ordination of individual programmes of work.
· Planning, scheduling, and monitoring relevant workstreams in accordance with the agreed priorities of the Service to agreed deadlines and review and adjustment when factors or priorities change.
Digital Skills
· Regularly use computer software to produce reports, documents, andcharts.
· Conducting web based and desktop publications research as required within project activities.
· Supporting the update of online content to ensure accuracy and availability of relevant information.
Personal / Professional Requirements
· Helping support and organise inductions for new team members, including introductory meetings, software access and processes around project development and delivery.
· Participating in planning and objective setting to understand how role and objectives fit into the broader organisational context.
· Positively and effectively project the Trusts values, philosophy, activity and outcomes with all levels and disciplines of staff.
· Paying close attention to detail and robust use of administration systems, delivering against objectives, achieving quality outcomes, prioritising own workload, and working to tightdeadlines.
