Summary
To provide a service across the organisation to support the Service Charge Accountant in ensuring the accurate calculation and billing of utility related service charges for tenants, leaseholders and commercial properties.
In this customer focused post, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for service charge queries and be responsible for ensuring utility accounts are correct and promptly paid.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
Holds an AAT Level 3 qualification or equivalent level of relevant experience
Advanced Excel skills, including creation of financial models and use of formulas to collect and analyse high volumes of data
High level of attention to detail and accuracy when handing data
Dedicated to providing high quality customer service across the business, including working across different departments
Experience of working in a financial environment
