We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Digital Product Analyst (Business Analyst) to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract. As a Digital Product Analyst (Business Analyst), you will play an essential role in gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and driving effective solutions for the RCN Foundation Grant applications and Improvements to the Case Management System for the RCN. You will work collaboratively with various teams across the RCN Group to develop the systems within Dynamics 365, in a bid to improve operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction and experience.

To join us you’ll need proven experience in business and process analysis and requirements gathering. You’ll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoying translating complex information into actionable insights and requirements. You will also have excellent documentation and communication skills, along with the ability to effectively convey technical and non-technical information to diverse stakeholders. Lastly, you’ll be familiar with processes and tools, such as Agile and Microsoft DevOps.

Whatever your background, or industry you’ve worked in you'll be resilient, able to test new ideas, fail fast and bounce back. A solution-based thinker, who is collaborative and can navigate through uncertainty.

*We offer a competitive pay structure with annual pay progression until you reach the top of the salary scale. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary.

Our hybrid working model allows for up to 60% of your working time to be carried out from home. At least 40% of your working time will be spent working in person.
