Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst (BA) to join our Digital Transformation programme, focusing on the analysis and enhancement of current and proposed business processes, with a particular emphasis on leveraging digital technology and tools.

The role is crucial in supporting early-stage project opportunities by conducting background analysis and gathering requirements. The BA will play a key role in ensuring business processes are optimised and aligned with organisational goals by working closely with stakeholders to develop project business cases and charters.

This post is working 36.25 hours per week (Monday - Friday) with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week on a hybrid contract.

What you will be doing:
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders (Project Managers, Senior Management, Project Sponsors) to define and document project scope and support the development of project metrics and KPIs.
  • Providing a comprehensive understanding of how projects and associated processes interact with ongoing programs.
  • Conducting detailed current state analysis of business systems and processes.
  • Partnering with the PMO to establish and maintain communication schedules that keep stakeholders updated on programme and project progress. Working closely with the PMO to align business objectives
  • Evaluating project outcomes against the initial planning phase and make recommendations
What you will need:
  • A bachelor’s degree and proven experience as a Business Analyst managing multiple interconnected workstreams and articulating complex processes and solutions.
  • High level of technical expertise in a BA role with a strong background in IT projects (e.g., data warehousing/system integration/configuration)
  • Appropriate BA certifications (e.g., Agile, Lean 6 Sigma) or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of demonstrable business analysis experience.
  • Experience in Social Care or Healthcare sectors.
  • Understanding of IT solution design, including user experience (UX).
  • Familiarity with rostering, people management systems, and finance systems
  • Ability to identify strategic solutions and engage with stakeholders effectively
  • Expertise in mapping business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and reporting tools.
  • Technical proficiency in M365 tools.
