Summary
We are a medium-sized manufacturing company based on the east side of Oldham, looking for an office administrator to join our small but busy team.
Prior working knowledge of Sage (Accounts & Payroll) is preferred, along with a basic understanding of office procedures and some experience of Microsoft Excel.
Duties would initially include sales order processing, sales ledger invoicing and credit control, purchase ledger invoices, data entry, dealing with customer enquiries and answering incoming calls.
The role will develop to include payroll, bank account control, financial accounts.
The successful candidate must have good communication skills, work well as part of a team, and have an excellent eye for detail.
Salary to be negotiable depending on experience
