Summary
To be responsible for providing expert nutritional care and advice to adult patients with complex medical needs or post critical care at Leicester General Hospital and Leicester Royal Infirmary. To lead on the development and provision of a high quality, evidence based and effective Dietetic and Nutrition service with complex medical needs and support the lead Dietitian for post critical care patients. To manage this dietetic case load without direct supervision and whilst exercising a large degree of autonomy To be an expert in adult dietetic care within the Dietetic and Nutrition Service, and inform other Dietitians within the team and service of developments in these fields.
