Qualifications
- Level 3 in Early Years or above
- Proven experience working in a leadership role within a childcare setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for creating an inclusive and diverse learning environment for children.
