Summary
WHAT YOULL DO You will be responsible for Co-ordinating all discharge plans of patients within the cardiovascular and thoracic footprint working with the multi-disciplinary team and assisting in managing effectively and efficiently the use of beds within the Care Group. As part of the service, you will be well supported by the ward teams and management alike, with regular team meetings and discussions which may lead to improvements in the service. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who is articulate, proactive and motivated and has excellent interpersonal skills. Combined with NHS experience, you will need to have the ability to multi-task and organise your own workload whilst remaining calm under pressure and enjoy a challenge. This is a varied role, requiring an organised approach, attention to detail and strong skills in communication, and administration.
