Your new company
I am currently representing a large bank in Edinburgh as they search for a Supplier Risk Manager to join their supplier management and policy team. This is a permanent role within the company and will suit someone who likes taking initiative and wants to update their skillset.
Your new role
In this role you will be:
- Responsible for identifying and removing supplier risks within the company's supplier base
- Liaising with the procurement and legal teams on a daily basis
- Supporting the Supplier Lead as they creat the Third-Party Risk framework
- Identify areas for improvement and creat action plans
- Creating reports on findings to find a collaborative solution
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience with risk management and mitigation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder and supplier management experience
- Basic knowledge of contract management
- Knowledge of Agile ways of working desirable
