To meet the rising demand, a well-established London Market broker has recently opened a new office in Birmingham to better serve clients across the UK. They are now seeking experienced Account Executives who either have a strong interest in this sector or already manage a client base of AI and tech startups.

This broker has developed expertise in various industries, including construction, waste, recycling, and technology, with a particular emphasis on the rapidly evolving AI market. They have secured exclusive access to markets specifically tailored for these clients and maintain strong connections with local networking groups in Birmingham, offering valuable lead opportunities through in-person interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Bonus Structure: Earn 10% of all income once your target is achieved, rising to 20% when you achieve twice your target. Last year, all team members hit their bonus, with several earning £40k+.
  • Pension: 3% employee contribution with 6% company match, rising to 5% employee and 10% company. Unlimited salary sacrifice options are available beyond this.
  • Benefits: Private medical cover, 4x salary death in service, 26 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days), plus your birthday and Christmas off as ex-gratia. Flexible benefits are also available.
