Summary


You will assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the Garden areas across all wards and other areas within the directorate including, mowing hedge trimming , litter picking weed spraying.
• To actively participate in staff meetings and other meetings, as required.
• To operate effective and accurate communication systems for the logging of jobs, preparing daily reports of work to be undertaken and work completed.
• To maintain good relationships with patients, staff and visitors, whilst working in specific areas, always acting in a professional and helpful manner and wearing the designated uniform and safety wear appropriate to task.
• To ensure effective communication to ward and other areas of work to be undertaken to ensure any risks can be effectively managed.
• To maintain accurate records in relation to all aspects of own work.
• To Carry out Compliance checks outlined by the Estates department
