Summary

Carbon60 is currently recruiting for a Studio Executive for a well known UK based Airline.

Location: Heathrow Airport

Rate:£360-£400 per day

Duration: 3-months

This role is a hybrid position requiring 2-days a week on site.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • deputising the studio manager and taking over when they are not present.
  • Running daily and weekly stand ups with the deign, Video and Photography teams.
  • Liaising with 3rd party production agency's.
  • Managing creative requirements and deliverable for large projects.

  • Support the Studio Traffic Manager in triaging and trafficking briefs, prioritising and assigning to the team and liaising with stakeholders, including all comms teams across the business.
  • Deputise for Studio Traffic Manager as first point of contact for all stakeholders and manage the Creative Studio inbox.
  • Project manage always-on and repeatable design activity, managing the work flow from start to finish.
  • Work closely with the Traffic Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of rapid response creative briefs.
  • Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks, including team leave calendar and production/project road-maps etc.
  • Liaise with our external creative and production agency, to ensure the smooth briefing and delivery of tasks.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team, specifically campaign project managers and brand team, to effectively manage the creative requirements and deliverable for large-size projects, including annual event collateral across the customer experience.
  • Support with the implementation of new software solutions, and use upgraded tools to deliver improved ways of working and processes, incl. portfolio management, project tracking, dashboards and reporting.
  • Run daily/weekly stand-ups with the design, copy, and video and photography teams.
  • Help to devise and implement efficient and organised processes to ensure the smooth running of the Creative Studio.

Qualifications / experience

Portfolio and project management - using planning and briefing tools, i.e. Asana, Microsoft 365, Adobe Work front.

Experience working in an in-house creative team desirable.
